Caller ID Control
Set what number recipients see when you call.
Enter a number in E.164 format (e.g. +14155552671). This will be shown to the person you call.
This is your real, dialable phone number. It is used for call routing and is required. It is never shown to the person you're calling.

IVR Menu
Route inbound callers with a phone menu. Requires an active DID.
When enabled, inbound callers hear your menu instead of ringing through directly.
Get a temporary extension to dial from your softphone and hear your IVR exactly as callers do. Valid for 5 minutes.
Connect Your Softphone
Use these credentials in any SIP-compatible softphone (Zoiper, Linphone, etc.).
To call another user, just dial their username directly in the Web Dialer — no country code, no prefix.

Internal calls are free — they route directly between users without going through the PSTN.
Per-Minute Rates

Account Settings

Get push notifications for missed calls and new voicemails — even when the app is closed. Requires installing libs.cc as a PWA (Add to Home Screen).
Receive a weekly email every Monday with a summary of your calls, total duration, and spend vs the previous week.
libs.cc will POST call events (call.started, call.ended) to this URL in real time. Point it at Zapier, HubSpot, your own server, or any webhook receiver.
Payload includes: event, call_id, destination, call_type, duration_seconds, status, timestamp
Cancelling your subscription will end your access at the next billing date. If you re-subscribe, you will be placed on the Personal plan at $35/month.
DID Numbers
Inbound phone numbers — anyone calling your DID rings directly on your SIP client.
